The gradual transition of economic and social issues has made an opening and increased competition in the market so as to allow gender participation in all spheres of social, political and economic issues. This has put pressure on Organization to adhere to gender balancing to grant opportunities to both male and female as each individual has a special potential to contribute towards the attainment of vision 2030. Barriers towards career development among women employees in Kenya, explores the challenges that women face as they try to advance in their careers.
