Context Based English Learning Resources

English Learning for Elementary Schools in Indonesia is newly introduced. Most teachers do not have enough knowledge to develop materials as suggested in national curriculum, on the other hand children seemed interested in context based especially local content material with sociocultural view. The teachers problems among others: education background, working experience and the understanding of curriculum.
