Set in rural Leicestershire in the mid thirties is a history of justice gone wrong, keeping you guessing thoughout the narrative what exactly happened and how did it happen? The introduction of children and animals with their unpredictable behaviour allows for humout to lighten the history and give an air of reality. Woven into the plot are sepparate stories of love and affection, philanthropy which brings its own rewards, and an unexpected climax you are challenged to unravel.
