What happened to Simone?

In the finale more secrets are revealed. Discoveries are made. Truths are told. Families are reunited but is it too late for reconciliation? Multiple threats arise, one being a reemerged old rival of the coven that has lingered in the shadows for decades, the other being a new, deadly coven in search of something in Simone's possession.
