Why is it that well-thought-out plans of capable individuals, institutions and organisations fail to take off? Why is it that well-intended ideas with clear benefits find no takers? Why do we find it challenging to follow laws knowing well the dire consequences of not doing so?

Is it possible that most challenging personal and global issues can also be solved by a bit of tightening of the screws? Maybe. Maybe not. No harm in trying though. Eh!
