It contains chapters that explain each of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, the story of one of the co-founders, and Our Story about the experiences of being a nicotine addict. There is also a Questionnaire that can elicit insights from each member’s responses that help to better understand the issues related to her or his use of nicotine from its start through the addiction behaviors to the gaining freedom from this powerful drug.

Nicotine Anonymous (NicA), is a 12-Step program of recovery from nicotine addiction based on universal spiritual principles. : is part of Nicotine Anonymous World Services’ expanding effort to provide support to its worldwide Russian-speaking members.
