Carlos is a dedicated, talented coach who has pushed me beyond my limits to improve my times. I didn't participate in sports when I was in school because I came from a very different education system where academic achievement was more important than anything else. By the time I got into triathlon, I was a journalist holding down a very demanding job. I had little time to train, and often had to skip key workouts. But Carlos worked with me to maximize my efforts, allowing me to reach the finish line in a time that I could be proud of.
