Poetry from Parvindokht Salili (Parvin) written in Parsi (Persian language). Parvin is a female poet who has been writing poems since she was 12. Her contributions to the contemporary literature in Iran have been recognized by Mr. Aliakbar Moshir Salimi, in his 1958 book: Women Poets/ Orators, about women who have written poets in Parsi language in the last 1000 years. Parvin's lyrics are beautifully written touching every reader's heart as they are about ones' feelings, wishes and hopes, happiness and frustrations, expectations, and love that most Iranians and other Parsi speaking people have experienced through various events in their lives.
