संस्कृत महाकवि कालिदास के ऋतुसंहार महाकाव्य की सविस्तर छंद मीमांसा. कविवर कालिदास जी को ऋतुसंहार महाकाव्य लिखते समय वाणी को रसमय और सुंदरतम अलंकृत करने के साथ-साथ ही छंद-सूत्र के अनुसार लघु-गुरु मात्राओं की सुत्रबद्धता सिद्ध करने के लिए, क्या-क्या कष्ट झेलने पड़े थे उनकी सूक्ष्म मीमांसा सुव्यवस्थित रीति से यहाँ की गई है. यही पेचीदा समस्याएँ कविवर कालिदास ने शकुन्तला महाकाव्य लिखते समय भी झेली थीं महान काव्य की संक्षिप्त छंद मीमांसा आगे वाली पुस्तक में विद्यमान हैं.A Research Work on the Prodosy of the epic poem of Ritusamhar of the Great Poet Laureate Kalidas. While writing the Epic of Ritusamhar, poet Kalidas, in order to make the language ornate and most beautiful, as well as to prove the coherence of the short and long vowels according to the formula of the meters, what intricacies he had to go through is explained here in a systematic manner. The same complex problems were faced by poet Kalidas while writing his two other great work, Shakuntala. The analysis of the meters in this great epic is given in our book. It is hoped that this study will inspire and provide ample material for the thinkers, students and the research scholars.
