3 a.m. is a strange and sacred hour-a time when the world feels both infinitely large and suffocatingly small. It's the hour of sleeplessness, when the weight of unspoken emotions finds its voice and thoughts we'd rather bury claw their way to the surface.

This book is my exploration of those moments-the restless nights and fragile dawns that leave us feeling both lost and found. Through poetry, I've tried to capture the loneliness, the longing, and the unexpected clarity that only the dark hours can bring.
