A selected compilation of poems, garnered over twelve years, specifically directed towards the poet's partner during that time ... not entirely as love poems but also, poetry touching upon common experiences, starting in the beginning with a villanelle to her once reprobate husband of many more years, upon his death - a poem to an acquaintance appreciated, in times long before any personal involvements matured; a tribute to a special dog and holidays shared. The thirty-nine poems are occasionally interspersed with vignetted drawings and prints by the poet himself.
