60 Americans is a response to the ill-gotten gains of flipper-collectors, money corrupted and trend obsessed gallerists, shopping mall inspired art fairs, nepotism and favoritism of the made-men and women of privileged MFA programs in America. 60 Americans was a group exhibition that documented the alternative perspective on whats relevant and important in the current landscape of American contemporary art.
