Ron Mercer is the Co-Founder and Director of Corporate/EAP
Services for the Center for Creative Living, a private psychological/
consulting practice in Coral Springs, Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in
Clinical Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Adult Developmental
Psychology, specializing in men's/gender issues.
Along with his clinical practice, he conducts seminars and training
for organizations and corporations, focusing on such areas as wellness,
communication training, and confl ict resolution. He is a specialist
in critical debriefi ng therapy. "9/11: Critical Incident" is the fourth
book that he has written. He continues to be a fi rst responder
when called to both human-caused and natural crises and traumatic
situations. He is also near completion of his fi fth book focusing
on Jungian Archetype therapy and men's issues with one chapter
devoted to the understanding of the roots of male dark warrior energy
and how it continuously, throughout time contributes to the cause
of events such as 9/11.
