A Daughter's Tears

For ten-year old Maria Vasquez, the spring of 1972 begins like any other spring day in the busy city of New York. It becomes clear that young Maria finally realizes that she is not alone and her family really loves her. She experiences a death of a new found friend who shows her how to first love herself which will forever change her life in the end.
