A Life in the 20th Century an autobiography by Nathalie Marguerite GrandjeanI am a family genealogist. When I started writing this memoir it was with the intention of providing my descendants, who might be interested in genealogy, with clues so they would be able to uncover more information about my family. We were such nomads no one would be able to follow us in our wanderings without some directions. When my children read the draft, they were surprised by the way some of the things were done in my time. I realized then that my memoir was more than a map of our wanderings.
