A Message to Black College Students

There is a need for black empowerment in the United States. Black people are underserved in health, education and financial needs. But how can this be when we have more black students graduating with degrees that are in these fields? A Message to The Black College a Student answers how we got to this point. Neo-Uncle Tomism, individualism and an overall flawed perception of reality and progress have made black graduates ineffective in their struggle for a better country.

The author, himself is a criminal justice major/graduate, black Student Union president and Detroit native.
