A New Leaf

A New Leaf is based on the well known Buddhist story of Angulimala. In my children’s book, I tried to stay close to the original story even as I adapted it for our young audience. The picture book teaches the important lesson of kindness and forgiveness, both for oneself as well as others. These are important lessons children need to learn in order for them to grow up to become balanced and happy adults. I hope both parents and children will enjoy reading the picture book.
