A Pelican Alone

A pelican and his mate fly to the beach in Puerto Vallarta.The female quickly dies. The male is totally lost and confused, looking desperately for his lost mate. After several days, the male pelicanresigns from looking for her, and begins his new life, alone. He regains strength, experiences the true riches of freedom, becomes one of the most beautiful birds around the Pacific Ocean.Julie was a very special and beloved woman. My friend, Cruz, was her husband. Julie died, very young, of cancer. Through knowing Cruz, I feel like I know Julie, too. I wanted to remember her, in this book. am addicted to Puerto Vallarta. I want to include a couple of pieces about the joy, beauty and wonder of the ocean, and of Playa de Los Muertos beach.
