Something is amiss in New Amsterdam. Another tuna shortage has beset the city and residents are starting to feel the pinch. Private Investigator Max Persian has seen this before. Coincidence? Not likely. The feline P.I. along with his assistant Violet Winterhaven set out to uncover the source of the crisis. With the help of friends and associates, the duo quickly picks up the trail. But Max and Violet may soon find themselves in deep water as they discover that this case involves some of New Amsterdam's most powerful players.
