A Soldier's Tale

The book tells the fictional story of Ernest White, a 93 year old ex-serviceman who escaped from German-occupied Europe. His tale is so incredible that if it were not for his companion and soul mate confirming his story, he would never have been believed. Ernie takes us with him on his thrilling journey from engagement in hand to hand combat on the approach to Arnhem Bridge, to becoming the only British soldier to be decorated by Adolf Hitler himself.
