Accounting for Human Information Processing

This research paper proposes that USAF C2 operations would benefit from greater emphasis on the human aspects of information processing and decision-making. This emphasis will be particularly critical in a future where C2 operations are characterized by increasing computer support, with the objective of rapid decision-making and a focus on operational effects.
