Acres of Shadow

Acres of Shadow is a journey into the mind of mental illness during a recovery period; introducing , as well, a way out of this mind into a place of calm, reflection, and rehabilitation. Take this text along with therapy, medication, Ashwagandha, Relora, Reiki, and/or meditation as a form of self-help. Also, if you are a person living outside of these plights, use this text to gain insight and empathy.

I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder type 1 with Psychotic Features, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (ounces of anxiety). The following are the tales from my mind, composed 2015-2016.
