Varun Kannan and Byram Mistry were born into families on opposite sides of the socioeconomic spectrum. Their blossoming friendship was a fairy tale, too good to be true for most. This was until a fateful night, when a huge fallout occurred.

Well, this was no ordinary skirmish, as the adversaries created were geniuses with egos equal to that of a lion.

The two became entrepreneurs in the new-age corporate India of the 1990s and were hugely successful in all the ventures they initiated. However, there was one common pattern: they always ventured into the same businesses and were determined to outdo one another at all costs. Their passion to succeed more than the other catapulted them into unforeseen finances, and by the late 2000s, they were among the top forty richest men on earth.

The Government of India recruited the services of one enterprise to further the country's defence prowess. This step finally created a huge difference in the finances of the two adversaries. This is when, as their well-wishers had always feared, violence entered their lives, leading to high-profile murders.

With the country's security issues at stake and international intelligence agencies now playing a role, the enmity between the adversaries reached a zenith. Who would prevail?
