Adverse Reaction

A famed trial lawyer shows up after an unexplained absence only a shell of the man who had disappeared four years earlier, a man committed to never stepping into a courtroom again. Through contrivance and manipulation, he is convinced by a beautiful single mother to file a lawsuit against a major pharmaceutical company on behalf of her malformed son. Judgment becomes clouded and caution is cast aside as Mitchell Redden finds himself falling for his client. Standing in the way of Redden rekindling his career and seeking justice for a six-year-old child is his former partner and antagonist; a ruthless man committed to achieving power and prestige at any cost; a man who would stop at nothing to satisfy his ambition and turn out the lights of a legend in the making. But nothing is as it seems, as Redden soon learns. A case which once had surmountable challenges begins to turn into a 1nightmare as a series of fatalities associated with the litigation become dramatically revealed as murders and Redden discovers that he may be the killer's next target.
