AEON incorporates three broad psychological constructs, being Journaling, Narrative Psychology and Reminiscence Theory. The laying down of our stories brings an opportunity for us to edit our life narrative, which is part of our identity. AEON actively encourages you to write and sketch about your own experiences and in so doing to create a journal which then becomes your own story that you can look back on, adjust, revise and ground yourself for moving forward to the next exciting chapter of living.
