Jason works hard every day as a mechanic to make a living while chasing his dream of being an actor. After meeting Trish at a dance club,his life spins out of control. Jason falls heavily for the femme fatale who avoids making a commitment, fearing the distance between them will create problems eventually. While waiting for her few and far between cell phone calls, Jason begins to have doubts about his infatuation with Trish. She is discovered dating an ex-boyfriend which first breaks Jason's heart, and then makes him angry that he never had a chance to prove his love. As his film career begins to come together, Trish meets Jason one last time to say goodbye. He is ready for the truth and prepared to hear it, whatever the outcome may be.
