Alcohol and the Family

Presenting the work of distinguished investigators who have made significant contributions to this area of research, the volume is organized into three sections: Genetics of Alcoholism, underscoring direct implications and practical applications for family issues; Family Processes, including chapters in which the interrelationship between alcoholism and different family processes are explored; and Treatment, providing a comprehensive review of the range of research and clinical issues related to family-oriented interventions.
