No one plays war without risk. Risk of harm, risk of loss. The violence stains pages and opens worlds to corruption. Even so, a great author once stated that no book is so bad that there is not something good in it. Even a setting with so much hatred and death can contain something as efficient as a hero. This was Yonas' design: to raise heroes as roses from ashes, to prepare them for even more crucial futures. And it was now time to pick those roses.
