Paying homage to the sixties peace movement this short fast-paced novel, set between the years 2012 and 2033, centers around a young girl's memory when she was friends with the Clarke family. Mr. Clarke, a successful politician, becomes President in 2028, however, his personal life proves tragically wrong. On re-election night 2032, fate intervenes. President Clarke struggles to adjust as the world hurtles into the decision to choose peace over violence. Was it in the wind, a desperate need, or just time?
