Cannibalism. Ritual murders. Cults. Blood rites. Possessions. Human trafficking. In American Hellfire, Carlos Acevedo traces the roots of Satanic Panic from its beginnings as a pop-culture phenomenon to the sociological factors that reached critical mass in the 1980s.
