The main idea of the book is to analyze the present theory and methodology of interdisciplinarity, the application of the general theory in four disciplines of the applied economy (namely, world economy/globalization, management, accountancy science, and marketing) to compare the interaction of real globalization and its reflections in forms and levels/degrees of interdisciplinarity of the four disciplines, and to find out and examine the disciplines that serve to the above mentioned four disciplines as their infrastructures.
