Archaeology and False Antiquities

Archæology and False Antiquities is an exploration of the history of archaeological discoveries and hoaxes. Munro examines various famous hoaxes and fraudulent artifacts throughout history, and argues that these instances often reveal larger issues with the practice of archaeology itself.
