Arlo, Dr Bland and the Spooktacular Fair

Another term, another teacher, but Arlo can already tell somethings up. Dr Bland might not be as wild as Mrs Ogg or otherworldly like Miss Pythia, but hes taking the school back to the dark ages. When the class tries to fight Dr Blands strict regulations, a mysterious student appears to divide them Tony Abbes. Tony is clever, funny and perfect... too perfect. Can Arlo figure out the mystery and save the school in time?
