August Blues

August Blues is a collection of poetry written over a three-month period following the author's hysterectomy. It explores her four-year battle with Endometriosis, chronic pain, depression, and hysterectomy at a young age, and, eventually, hope.

It is raw collection of poetry, made to evoke emotion and provoke thought, giving you a glimpse into the life of someone suffering with this life-altering condition.
