In the world of racial injustice and innocent deaths, our children's feelings are often left forgotten. Away is the story of a girl who loses her father. She experiences the emotions and feelings of, loss, pain, confusion, and fear that comes from death, grief and bereavement.  This story shares how a Mother using her Christian values, sets aside her own feelings to provide comfort and lasting memories for her child.
