The Baldwin Library of Historical Childrens Literature, part of Special and Area Studies in the Smathers Libraries at the University of Florida, is one of the largest and most comprehensive collections of childrens books in the world. This lushly illustrated volume offers a glimpse into rarities and wonders of the Baldwin. The volumes entries explore important childrens books as well as the field of childrens literature.With over 120,000 volumes, the Baldwin Library holds more than a lifetime of reading.
