Be Still and Know

In this book I share the experience, strength and hope I received from founding a meditation meeting at a local club for alcoholics. Meditation can be a difficult step to take for some alcoholics. My goal is to take the mystery out of meditation and make it more accessible. I hope that by sharing our journey more can find the kind of daily serenity that we experienced.
