Beautiful Reject

In Beautiful Reject, The Coloring Book of Cognitive Distortions, Candalada shares her interpretation of 11 cognitive distortions. Illustrated by Zaria Poynter, the book is an artful display or distortions at play during the 21st century. The book an expansion of thought related to page 72 of her first book, which highlighted the importance of being able to identify cognitive distortions and the danger of this exaggerated or minimalized pattern of thought. The purpose of this book is to help adults combat stress and anxiety while learning how to identify distortions. Commonly seen in people with depression cognitive distortion are referred to as the "hallmark of depression". Reducing the frequency of using them is integral part of overcoming depression.
