Belgian Industrial Relations Law

The European Working Group on Labour Law is a Scientific Research Network comprising the Social Law Departments of the Universities of Antwerp, Brussels, Bucharest, Cassino, Ghent, Hannover, Leicester, Madrid, Strasbourg and Utrecht. Its members focus on studying, researching and teaching employment law, labour law and social security law at national, European and international level. This book gives an overall picture of the industrial relations in Belgium. Therefore the footnotes are reduced to a minimum. This is compensated by concised bibliographies at the end of the chapters and a general bibliography at the end of the book. Patrick Humblet is Professor of Labour Law at Ghent University and chairman of the Department of Employment Law, Labour Law, Social Security Law and Welfare Law.
