Belgium as never seen before, viewed through the eyes of this urban photographer from Antwerp. An original photo book for Belgians and tourists alike. Amazing, realistic or staged, actual size or miniature? The pictures seem to emerge from the classic film Honey, I shrunk the Kids. With his home-built lenses, Jasper Lonard wanders about everywhere in order to capture life in the big city. He works from rooftops, lifting platforms, occasionally even from a helicopter. In contrast to the well-known Slinkachu, he shows the world as it is, yet in miniature form. Text in English and Dutch.
