Beyond Forever

The book tells about the late onset of love in a utopian environment. When King Franco V of the island kingdom of Marvella visits the Philippines, he falls instantly in love with a beautiful and accomplished Filipina, Marianne Diez, who had earlier planned to remain single all her life. He pursues her endlessly in a whirlwind courtship until he captures her heart. The blending together of their separate worlds lends color to the story as they discover the depth of each other's character.

The book is punctuated with meaningful and thought-provoking dialogues and innuendoes between the two lovers in the second prime of their life. Marianne gets thrust into the life of royalty, which is entirely new to her, as she becomes queen, a title she never wanted or dreamt of.
