This is the third book in a series of 4 parts on a California vacation from
august of 2013. The resulting series is the combined effort of a whole family
exploring, reaching out and enjoying all that the majestic state has to offer.
The sharing is the resulted expressions and photographs that adorn these
pages. These books would stand well without the family photos included but
the addition of these personal pictures adds to the warm expressions of a real
family vacation. The desolation and extremes of the dessert are a strict
contrast to the life and vibrancy of the cities, parks and coastal regions. Just to
set foot in a place where the elements could kill you in a few hours is an
awakening experience that can bring a family a little closer together
