The follow up to "All the Stars In The Sky" is a compilation of poems coming from the mind of Kenneth J Cody . Channeling the inner thoughts and feelings associated with bipolar disorder, everyday life and the love for his family. When exploring the "He" , these poems paint a picture of the everyday struggles of dealing with this disorder, the impact of relationships and the role of being a father in a society filled with stigma. These poems are darker in nature touching on themes of depression, mania and mixed emotions. Proving that it is possible to overcome these obstacles keeping the inner monster at bay.
