His exploits were legendary! A feared runaway slave and sorcerer of the 1780s, Plato the Wizard, was captured by the authorities after being betrayed by his once faithful pal and confidante. His capture brought an end to the wizard's reign of terror.

From his jail cell, Plato the Wizard plotted and swore to exact revenge. Not being able to obtain vengeance by his own hands, just before his hurried execution, he prophesied death and destruction on his enemies.

Years later, when his disastrous prophecies materialized in Moreland Mountain, which was the magician's old stomping ground, blame for the calamity was laid at the door of the once infamous wizard. When reports involving paranormal sightings of the sorcerer started flooding the Moreland authorities, residents fled the community.

To prevent widescale panic, renowned police officer Speng was pressed into action. He was called upon to dispel myths of the supernatural and to put an end, once and for all, to the escapades of Jamaica's most feared Obeahman.
