Bhasi Ja Mora Kagaj Danga depicts stories of childhood. The stories are memoirs of dreams and beliefs of young minds with simplicity and innocence, while growing up in rural Odisha in the seventies. Life of adolescents in a rural village of Odisha with their joy and sorrows, adventures and aspirations, beliefs and disbeliefs are explored in these stories. When there was no electricity, no communication facilities, no modern equipment in the village, life was beautiful in its own way. Author's marvellous storytelling style made these stories more enchanting and engrossing, thrilling and captivating.
