Bible Truth Versus Church Doctrine

You've put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and have become convinced that you really are a member of God's Church, the Body of Christ, but wonder if the words from the pulpit are consistent with God's Word.

Or, you haven't yet entrusted your eternity to Jesus, and are put off by the inconsistent though loud presentations of pastors and evangelists.

God didn't stutter when he spoke "through Paul" indicating salvation was not by works, nor when he spoke "through James" indicating works were necessary, nor was he advocating the Marxist-Leninist approach of fitting the inconsistent together into a synthesis. What IS the right way to see the New Testament?
