About Author:
Dorota Perkins, the author of this book, is a mental health practitioner. She has over a decade of experience working in mental health. However, since she started working with children, she realised there are not many publications on emotional regulation and stress tolerance. So, she made it her mission to change this. This book is one of her propositions to help children to understand and cope with strong emotions.
