If you've suffered the loss of your child, you'll appreciate this book. Sammy Ogg went through what you're experiencing and felt God call on him to find solace through writing. He studied. He worked. He wept. He wrote. He prayed. This story, a work that took more than ten years to put to paper, brings to life the vision that God impressed on Sammy's heart. This story helped him learn to heal from the tragedy and to have faith in His process. Sammy's wish and his prayer is that you will find solace in this story as well.Billy's earthly life ended far too early. Struck by a car at only three years old, Billy is transported to Flawn, a magical land where all the children go when they leave earth too soon. There he meets Cypress and Hollyb his guardian angels and Kalos the winged horse who would take him on his journey. The tragedy on earth created a door for Billy to enter the realm of Flawn - part of the domain of Elohim, All-Powerful One. He was taken for reasons beyond his family's comprehension. Only Elohim knew that Billy was destined to be transformed into a formidable youngster whose mission he'd pursue with delight and energy in the land of Flawn. Elohim chose Billy above all the children for Billy's journey would decide an issue debated in the minds of men and angels since time began. The purpose of Elohim had surrounded Billy from birth. It was only a matter of time before that design placed him in a circle of events in which he was to play a major part. Follow along as Elohim guides Billy, his guardian angels, Kalos and others, to fulfill his destiny and help complete Elohim's plan.About Sammy: In 1947 Marguerite Hamilton Ogg of Fort Smith, AR, brought her young son, Sammy, age 7, to Hollywood. Her express purpose was to acquire a theatrical agent for Sammy so he could be an actor. Her determination paid off and Sammy started his acting career at age 11.In 1957 something happened that dramatically changed his young life. When he turned 18, he converted to Christ and within a year he'd enrolled in Life Bible College in LA, CA. There he met and married Doris and together, after graduation in 1962, they began a life of ministry that included singing, pastoring and evangelism. While pastoring in 1976, their youngest son, Billy, was taken out of this world by a tragic event. Their faith in God guided and comforted them during this dark time. Billy was now with the Lord and they held this knowledge in their hearts. Telling their other children, though, was fraught with heartache and sadness. The young family leaned on their faith and it helped them deal with their grief. God eventually led Sammy to share what happened and how God had helped lighten his grief. He chose to write in hopes that the story God helped him create would help others. God had taken Billy home and this book shares where he might have gone and how it might have been.
