It's the waning days of Prohibition in Pueblo, Colorado, and Billy, a retired dentist, is a local celebrity, owing to his rumored past as Billy the Kid. But when a stranger comes to town and begins a bootleg war with Billy's best friend, everything is put on the line. At stake is nothing less than the life of Billy's best friend and Billy's last chance at true love with the town beauty.
