»Internal Conflicts involving Independent Agencies of the Administration in the Regulatory and Antitrust Law«: While disputes among citizens or between citizens and the state are part of everyday legal life, the handling of intra-administrative disputes raises specific difficulties. Especially in the case of independent agencies, internal conflict resolution proves to be particularly challenging. Taking regulatory and antitrust law as a starting point, this study examines the causes and phenomena of intra-administrative conflicts and discusses viable approaches to solving them beyond the reference areas.
